All weekends (Friday and Saturday) require a minimum two-night stay.

Cancellations:
If cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee, or fully exchanged as a gift certificate to be used at a future date.

No refund of the deposit or gift certificate will be provided if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the reservation date unless the accommodation can be rebooked to another party.

Cancellations received within 24 hours of the reservation date, "No Shows", and early departures will be charged 100% of the total amount due for stay unless the accommodation can be rebooked.

Cancellations must be made personally by phone to the host. E-mail cancellations and/or voice mail messages are not accepted.

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-In is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.

Guests must advise the host in advance if scheduled check-in is delayed.

Food:
Breakfast food is in the refrigerator for guests to prepare at their convenience. Bottled water, tea and coffee are provided.

Pets:
Regrettably, no pets are allowed.

Smoking:
Heritage Valley Bed 'n Breakfast is a smoke free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum charge of $150.

Occupancy:
The maximum capacity of the cabin is 7 guests. Only registered guests may spend the night.

Housekeeping:
Housekeeping services are generally not provided for one- and two-night stays, but can be made available by prior arrangement at an additional charge.
