All weekends (Friday and Saturday) require a minimum two-night stay.
Cancellations:
If cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit will be refunded,
less a $25 handling fee, or fully exchanged as a gift certificate to be used at a future date.
No refund of the deposit or gift certificate will be provided if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the reservation date unless the accommodation can be rebooked to another party.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of the reservation date, "No Shows", and early departures will be charged 100% of the total amount due for stay unless the accommodation can be rebooked.
Cancellations must be made personally by phone to the host. E-mail cancellations and/or voice mail messages are not accepted.
Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-In is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
Guests must advise the host in advance if scheduled check-in is delayed.
